You are a writer who thinks in ideas. You don't just fill briefs, you bring something to them. You understand how language works differently on TikTok versus a landing page versus a paid social ad, and you care deeply about getting it right for each one.

You are a visual thinker who understands the internet. You know instinctively what makes someone stop scrolling, why a piece of content feels native to a platform versus out of place, and how visual language shifts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

You'll be the person our clients trust most. Their strategic lead, their day-to-day partner, and the person who makes sure the work we do for them is exceptional and driving results. You'll own your accounts commercially, shape campaign strategy, brief and manage our internal teams, and play an active role in new business pitching.

You are the strategic brain behind the creative work we produce for our clients. You don't make the ads, you define what they should be, why they should work, and what they need to say. You translate business objectives and audience insight into creative territories, campaign concepts and briefs that inspire and direct our creative teams to produce breakthrough work.

You'll own and execute growth marketing strategies across a portfolio of 3-4 high-growth client accounts, managing millions of dollars in media spend across paid social, paid search, programmatic and more. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll be hands-on every day, building campaigns, analysing performance, shaping creative, and driving measurable outcomes.

The work we do is complex. A single client engagement might span a paid social campaign, a new landing page, a conversion tracking overhaul, a creative production shoot and an app store optimisation project, all running concurrently. We need a Project Manager who can hold all of that together without a single thing slipping.

You are the person who makes the creative real. When the brief is written and the concept is agreed, you take it from idea to finished asset, managing the people, the logistics, the shoot, the edit and the delivery with the precision and calm that complex production demands.

You'll support our Senior Producers across the full range of Growthcurve's production output, from short-form social video and paid ad creative to full campaign shoots, motion projects and UGC coordination. You'll be in the detail on every production: helping plan, organise, coordinate and deliver, while building your knowledge of what it takes to produce great content at pace and at scale.
